OK, I know the Snap preview is not popular with most people here, but my readers like it a lot, so it's a feature I'm keeping. I have checked "enable Snap preview anywhere" but I'm not seeing it appear when you hover the mouse over a link. Advice?

I think it sounds like you'll need staff help so it's feedback time.
Well, that will teach me. I just went and deleted cookies and temporary internet files, and now I'm seeing the previews again. Sorry for the fire drill!
