Turn on Publicize so that when you write a post, it is sent to your Facebook, Twitter, etc..
Also put sharing buttons at the bottom of each post so people can share your posts with friends. This is all in settings under Sharing. -
I don't recommend Publicize for FB, as FB detects autoposted materials and does not display them in News Feeds.
