Some glitches in the Standard Premium Theme.

  1. Whenever I approve a trackback on my Standard theme (premium) the comment's box disappears so people can't leave any further comments. Also, if I leave it for "open" comments (not having to login) the text gets jumbled up in the email input fields. So for now I am forcing people to login to comment and just not approving trackbacks. Is there a way to get these glitches fixed? I love the theme but those two little things are annoying since I paid for it :).

  2. Thanks for the report. We're working on fixing these issues for you. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  3. Thank you. Will you notify me when the fixes are made?

  4. Yes, I will keep you informed!

  5. Thank you very much.

  6. Hello Kardotim. I thought that while I was on the topic, I could add something else I have noticed. On the image formatted post the Google+ icon shoots up a line (out of line with the other share buttons and the bloggers who "like" the post, their icons are cut in half.

  7. Your first two issues have been resolved. We're looking into the Gravatar problem now.

  8. The problem has been resolved and will be deployed soon. Thank you for the report.

  9. Thank you very much. I am grateful.

  10. Hey. I hope you don't mind me pointing out other little glitches when I run into them. I am not upset or trying to be a glitch hunter. :)

Anyway, I found that the share counts sometimes get scrunch up with the text in the button. An example would be on this post. http://randythomas.co/2012/05/21/pastor-lesbians-queers-quarantined/

It only seems to do that on posts that are posted with the "video" format option.

  11. In this case, I recommend contacting the developer directly for help: http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/standard

For future reference, there will be a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but the theme needs to be active and you need to be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it.

  12. Ok... got it. I posted the issue there. Thanks again.
