I'm new to wordpress. I have checked other forums but can not figure this out. I am trying to add a audio track from soundcloud. I can not figure it out is this a add on pay feature or is it my error this is the link i am trying you use

Also how do I add the soundcloud plug in?

You can't use an iframe here at all. Nor can you add a plugin.
Here is what the support doc says about Soundcloud, and iframe is not an option:
