sourcecode tag adds an extra paragraph:

    See for example <h3>header</h3>[sourcecode light="true"]code[/sourcecode] creates <h3>header</h3><p></p>.

    The blog I need help with is felipec.wordpress.com.

    As discussed in IRC, this extra paragraph is indeed added when you use the sourcecode shortcode right after a heading such as h3.

    I will investigate more, and come back to update this thread as soon as we can address the problem.
