Im looking for the spades theme from Modthemes. since they got bought out by studiopress I cant seem to find the theme anywhere and I want to use it on one of my websites.
I did find the spades them for free and tried using it but something dont seem right about it. If anyone could help that would be great!

You are barking up the wrong wordpress tree, so to speak. Here at wordpress.COM we have no FTP access to our blogs. We cannot upload any themes at all and we cannot edit themes or templates either. The differences > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you are actually looking for the theme because you want it for a wordpress.ORG install for self-hosting then you are posting to the wrong forum. Look here > http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/ and post here > http://wordpress.org/support/
