Spam on several blogs whose owners "like" my posts

Recently I've been receiving a lot of like buttons on my posts from people whose blog contents are the same or completely irrelevant to mine. I tried to report it, but unfortunately every time the admin bar was disabled on their page, and only their page. I checked it and I was logged in, and the bar was there for some of the other blogs whom I subscribe. I suspect this must be because they have their own domain name (without wordpress on it). Either way I appreciate to be informed on how I can get rid of this type of spam without hurting those genuine bloggers who actually maybe interested.

The blog I need help with is trippleblue.wordpress.com.

  2. The top bar should be there for blogs on WordPress.COM - if they have a custom domain name it should still be there if you are logged in (the site linked to my name is mapped and you should see the top nav bar if you are logged in) if the top bar has been messed up you can report spam here for WordPress.COM blogs
