   I would like to move the menu from where it is currently to the top of the content box with the gray background where the blog description is supposed to go. How do I move it there?

   I checked http://justinpenoyer.com/ and it appears you have changed your theme to Oxygen. Please reply back here if you still need help with the Spectrum theme or start a new thread if you need help with anything else.
