Two issues with the new Splendio theme (which I love!)
1. The "Featured Images" on my sticky homepage posts are not appearing, despite setting them to be 180 pixels wide (and more).
2. Why can't I add facebook/twitter share buttons at the bottom of posts? There's such a great connection to FB, twitter & RSS on the top right, but why no sharing buttons on each post??

I have used the theme you are referring to without any of the problems you are itemizing. The blog linked to your username is wearing the Bold Life theme. Please post an active link starting with http:// to the blog your are referring to that's wearing the Splendio theme.
I'm experiencing the same issue with this theme. When I add a feature image to a sticky post, it doesn't appear on the home page.
i experienced the same issue with my page until i changed the security settings. is your blog set -- in the privacy settings -- as private? if so, i don't think your images will show up. once you change it to be viewed publicly, hopefully they should be visible at that point...
