Split comments to separate pages?

    Hello:
    Can my blog be arranged so that anything to do with 'Topic A' will be on 'Page 1' and anything to do with 'Topic B' will be on 'Page 2'?

    That is, I would like to separate the Posts & Comments for each 'topic' on a separate pages.
