   Why are you calling this blog the featured story for Venezuela, when it isn't even updated? Is the blogger a special friend?

   Only staff knows what gets someone listed on featured or top blogs, but I doubt seriously if they play favorites. I don't find that post you have referenced as "featured" in the Venezuela tag page.
