I'd like to get the statistic pages on my hosted wordpress as it is on Dashboard->Blog Stat at wordpress.com. What should I do (plugins ...et.). Thanks

I don't know about the wp.com version, but there's a plugin called wp-shortstat that you can use.

The original author of WP-ShortStat has turned pro though and is no longer supporting the program. (Unless you purchase his newer version.) Markus Kämmerer now has it. I think someone else is doing a fork of it as well. Jusy noticed that it's a newer version of what I have for my clients. Time to roll out an upgrade.
It is different from what we run here but I like it. I also roll out the AWStats plugin but your host has to have AWStats up and running already and public viewable I believe.
