   I'm confused and frustrated by the statistics for my blog. We are wanting to see the full list of who has signed up for an email subscription to our blog. My stats indicate that I have 9 "email subscribers". The list shows me 10. I have 3 co-workers who I have had subscribe to get email updates on the blog. Only one of them shows up in the stats (and she is the mystery, uncounted 10th person on the list). Why am I only seeing a partial list? And, yes, of course they clicked on the confirmation in their own email inbox and have received that latest post in their email.

   There is also a list of 4 "wordpress subscribers". Not clear on what this is.

   We simply want to know which of our customers are getting emails from our blog. Am I missing something? It shouldn't be this difficult.

   The blog I need help with is optimagraphicsblog.wordpress.com.

   Hello there,
   We Volunteers can't help with this issue. You will have to contact Staff. Here’s the link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.
