Steira sidebar

  1. Steira theme. Does the sidebar only show up for some pages? If so, I can figure out which ones. The pages with parents don't have the sidebar widgets (except for the search and info that says 'comments are turned off'), but also a page that's a main page also doesn't have the sidebar.

How would you navigate away from a page with no sidebar other than the back arrow or hitting home? I'm trying to have a menu on the side, but it's only available from the Homepage and the other main pages. (except for one main page...doesn't display sidebar.) (This is more website that blog)

  4. In Steira, static pages and single posts display comments in the sidebar, unless comments are deactivated. But "comments" includes trackbacks and pingbacks. So edit your pages and make sure you uncheck the option "Allow trackbacks and pingbacks on this page".

Parcequestrian- How did you get the sidebar to show up on each individual post?

    on the Steira theme.

  7. I upgraded to custom CSS and still cannot get the text to change to upper and lowercase for the title and post titles. There are just too many things in all CAPS! Any ideas?
