Step by step - How do i embed code into my page?

    I am totally new to this....Right now I simply want to write a little text and then embed some code which is a player for a show I run. Here is the code.

    Can someone please walk me through how I embed this into my page so that it will be visible when my page is live. This is all new to me. Thank you.
