It's come to my attention that a WordPress powered blog is scraping the content of our blog daily and then reposting it on their site. They are giving creditdation, but they did not ask our permission to do borrow any content. Our main blog is on Blogger, they are however using WordPress.
Any ideas, or suggestions?

"WordPress powered blog" click that link on the blog footer - does it lead to http://wordpress.org? If so then it's not hosted by WordPress.com. Follow these steps to send a DMCA take down notice to the web host. > http://en.support.wordpress.com/content-theft-what-to-do/
