Storage Space Problem

  1. We're trying to upload an audio file, but keep getting an error message that we need to purchase more space. However, our media storage use is "You are currently using 390.1 MB out of 3.0 GB upload limit (13%)."

We upload a new audio file weekly and have never had any problems. Is there something we are doing wrong with uploading audio files or do we need a different kind of storage plan? Thank you.

The blog I need help with is snowyrangeefree.org.

  2. Hi there. What is the file size of the audio file you are trying to upload when you receive this error?

  3. Hello Andrew. I don't know if this is correct but 56kbr? They are roughly 30 minute audio files, so maybe 6mb??

  4. As far as I'm aware you've never been able to upload mp3's to the site without at least the smallest storage upgrade, regardless of their size.

  5. When I look at my dashboard I'm showing we have a bunch more storage space available to us; we're only at 13% of our capacity, and we've been uploading audio files to the web site for months.

the only thing I can figure is we uploaded a video file a couple weeks ago. Would that have any bearing?
