I am trying to improve my website into version 2.0. However, I am not sure about the strategy to customize the new theme while still publishing the current theme.
Reckon that the new theme also needs to access the website's MySQL database. Should there be a strategy to configure/design a new theme while still publishing the current one?
What is the URL of the site? I'm thinking you might be in the wrong forum because it sounds like it is self-hosted and not hosted here at wordpress.com.
