Sub Domain issue

    I've had a domain for a while and decided to change over to wp.com for more flexibility. I got the name servers changed and all but I cannot get into it to add a sub domain. I have http://www.triadthinker.com. I had a sub domain http://locate.triadthinker.com that showed my location from my phone via google maps and it is hosted on a free webhosting server. Now that I transferred name servers I can't add that subdomain. I saw posts that implied there was a area in Dashboard->Settings->Domain-> some sort of Administration. I don't see the administration. I really don't want to change my API. TIA!

    Yes and that doesn't tell me how to map sub domains AWAY from wp.com

    I'm virtually certain you cannot do that with wordpress.COM.

    I think you would have to map a subdomain to the blog and then map the main domain to the mapping site you have set up.

    Seriously? Well that's pretty darn disappointing if it's true. Also explains why my searches turned up almost nothing
