Our subpages under "Resources" aren't appearing even though they're published, public, and "Resources" is listed as their parent page. Anything that I might have overlooked?

Have you created a custom menu?
If you have difficulty check the sub-pages themselves to see if you have established a Parent page and child page “hierarchical structure” in the page attributes module. Remove if required. Also remove any “order” numbers you have assigned that may conflict with the order you are creating by dropping and dragging. Or simply change them so they are the same order as you establish in the menu. Establish consistency – problem solved.
Note: I forgot to say that you will have to include any sub-pages in the custom menu so in case you forgot to do that - do it now. > Appearance > Menus
I added the sub-pages to the custom menu and it worked. Thanks!

I'm actually having the same problem and I have rechecked and rechecked all of my settings. However, there is a twist: my subpages have always shown since they were created until today. So, not sure what's going on. Any more suggestions?
@dailyshorts: Was it today that you switched from Notepad to Digg 3? Digg 3 doesn't support dropdowns in its regular menu: you'll need to create a custom one.
