I recently activated the new 'Subscribe to Comments' module and immediately noticed that all the links in the emails are broken. Is there something I need to configure to ensure that the correct links are used? Currently the email is included https on all links and even then not even displaying the correct permalinks (it's using category ID's instead of slugs).
The result is multiple broken links in every email being sent. Can you help me?

Try re-saving your permalink structure at Settings/Permalinks in your admin panel. If WordPress cannot automatically edit the .htaccess file, it will provide manual instructions after saving.
Resaving permalinks didn't do it. All the links in the email are formed like this:
where that "//" should be something like /news/ or /devices/. Somehow the category slug is being left out. And it only affects the emails, once you are in the WP.com dashboard, the subscribed thread links work just fine.
Another bug I noticed is the original confirmation email links to the site with https. The follow-up emails don't, but the first email that comes definitely uses https in the links to my site.
What do you currently have your permalink structure set as?

We think we've fixed the bug; future emails should have the correct links.
