how can I tell who has quit my blog?

On my photo blog,I send a monthly shot to my subscribers. I have a list I use.
What I need to know is how do I tell who has quit my blog? I can delete them from my mailing list if I knew who quit.
I don't want to continue sending them shots if they are not subscribed anymore.
Anyone have a idea??
