   Can I use Word press if I have a subscrition based business model? After my customers subscribe I would like to have them each have unique user ID and password to access the members area. I currently use Pay Pal as my payment processor and would continue to use them.

   That isn't going to fit into the TOS here. You would be best to buy a domain name, hire a web host and self-host a blog using the software from wordpress.ORG.
