Hi. I'm using the Reddle theme, and in Settings/Reading, I'm offered the option of posts displaying as full text, or as summaries. But whichever I select, I always get full text, and I want summaries. What am I doing wrong? [I am pressing save!]
The blog I need help with is thetwelvehorsemen.wordpress.com.
The setting here > Settings > Reading is only for reducing your post length to summary in the RSS Feed for posts.
To create front page post excerpts you have to split the content in the posts temeselves by inserting "the more tag"/ http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/
temeselves = themselves
