I have found that most themes doesn't support RTL languages - Specially Arabic. One or more problems such as wrong translation, very small font size, left alignment of the text or problems with Arabic diactric always appear with all themes.
I suggest creating RTL versions of some themes on wordpress, or add specially created themes that support Arabic.
