   Hi, I recently bought the domain for my blog biostreet.me and now I have problems in the whole site. I click on the different buttons and nothing happens (edit, quick edition, new post, etc). The site it's like frozen. If I want to start a new post it won't show the whole writing top bar. Same happens if I try to add any type of object- it won't load the site correctly. Why is this happening? Is it because of the new domain? Please help me, I can't write new posts!!

   The blog I need help with is biostreet.me.

   I'm sorry this is happening to you. I have no answer to the "why?" question.

   How are you connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com? The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems.

   Are you using http:// or https:// see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/

   Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

   Is your browser version up to date? You can upgrade any browser version here. http://browsehappy.com/

   Which browser and version of it are you using?

   Thank you for the quick reply! I am not very good at computers. I am connecting through laptop. I don't know what browser version I am using, but it is GoogleChrome. But I am going to try right now all the tips you gave me. Let's see if it works if I update it. Thanks again, I hope it all goes back to normal.
