   i need help switching my subscribers from my wordpress.com account to my new self hosted wordpress blog

   The blog I need help with is lovemintchocolatechip.com.

   This thread is flagged for Staff. They can move your email subscribers only. Followers using the WordPress.com Reader cannot be transferred. What's required is:
   install and activate the JetPack plugin;
   post both URLs into this thread.
