I am trying to embed my WordPress blog into my Microsoft Office Live website. The embed module says I need to turn syndication on in my blog, and I am completely unsure how to do that. Any help is much appreciated!

You don't have to turn on syndication; that just means you need to have an RSS feed, and ALL Wp.com blogs have an RSS feed built in. Yours is at http://solfeggiocapriccio.wordpress.com/feed
BUT: be aware that having the same content in two different places on the web is a problem. Search engines will see the duplication and consider both websites to be spamming. You might be better off just linking to your blog from your website, maybe in a header tab reading BLOG or something.
