Why is it impossible to contact customer support?
I have a blog. This is the error the page displays:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/record/public_html/wp-content/themes/thesis_18/lib/classes/head.php on line 61
I'd love to know how to reset my account or whatever I need to do to take care of this problem. thanks

Exactly which blog (post the URL starting with http:// ) are you referring to that you are receiving that error message on please?
We do not have the Thesis theme available to us here at WordPress.COM. It's only available for WordPress.ORG blogs and we provide support only for free hosted WordPress.com blogs here.

Or, for example, this would be the URL when I receive emails from WordPress asking me to moderate the comments:

It's been working fine until now. I have several other blogs on WordPress and they are all working fine. Only this one has disappeared. So I suspect it's not a software issue, but of course I may be quite wrong. I rather excel at being wrong.

my blog is wordpress.COM not wordpress.org. This domain was bought when i upgraded on wordpress.com

Can you reset it to default theme? how can it be fixed?

http://www.blackbritchic.com/ is not a wordpress.com blog.

on wordpress.com you can upgrade your blog and use a customised domain, that is correct. thats what i did.
please help out.
