When switching from the "Topic title" input to the post textarea here in the forums I get a balloon tooltip on the upper left corner saying "Skip to toolbar".
I normally would expect either a focus on the blog selection drop down or the textarea with a blinking cursor to start writing my forum post.
Is there something wrong with the tab navigation or had this been changed recently?
The blog I need help with is iqatrophie.wordpress.com.
There were some recent changes to the forums, so could you confirm that this is still an on-going glitch? There were edits made just this morning, so it may have been fixed (or we may need to chase it down still).

Well it's still on-going but I wouldn't go so far to say it's a glitch. It's a minor annoyance. ;) You can test it:
