My Tag Cloud will only display about 25 of the 75 tags I've assigned. I've gone into the settings and tried to raise the number it shows but nothing changes. Thanks!

The blog I need help with is theunnaturalcook.wordpress.com.
It displays the 45 most used tags. That is how it was designed. That cannot be changed. I have two clients with over 500 tag. Would you really want a list of 500 tags in the sidebar? Not one would bother to spend the time looking through them. The web has no patience.
The Tag Cloud widget will display 45 of the most frequently used Tags on your blog. All widget data is cached and may take some time to update. If the widget does not update in a few housr then please contact Staff a report this to them.

I apparently have over 400 categories (How'd that happen?) and I use a drop-down category list.

I'm also wondering about a way to show more tags in a tag cloud - not in the sidebar at all, but on its own page. Is there any way to create an All-Tags-Cloud on its own page?
There used to be, but I'm in no way sure it still works. Check this one out:
