Tagging on shared blog? Can users tag one another's posts?

    I am running a class blog--one student's post was tagged with inappropriate/obscene words. I deleted them.

    Could this have been done by some other user of the blog? a non-user? can tags be blocked if this becomes a problem?

    The blog I need help with is mkh1.wordpress.com.
