tagline under blog title

    How do you change the tagline saying "just another wordpress site" under the blog title?

    The blog I need help with is petecanter.wordpress.com.

    Settings > General
    You can change your blog title or optional tagline at any time on that page. Don't forget to click "save changes" when your are done.
