   General Settings/Taglines (In a few words, explain what this site is about.)

   Please tell me where this will show, and how to make that happen?

   The blog I need help with is wordwraper.wordpress.com.

   Hi. Some themes don't show a tagline actually. It's the case for your theme (Rubric):
   http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/08/02/tagline/

   However, I think that I've seen the tagline appear on RSS feeds, regardless of the theme.

   Tip - Creating a wordy and lenghty tagline is not to your advantage. If you create one that does not exceed 67 characters including spaces then odds are that's what Google will display. More tips > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2009/06/22/creating-an-effective-blog-tagline/
