   Has something in wordpress changed? I no longer see the tag section.

   Try here > Dashboard > Posts > Tags

   If you were not referring to the Dashboard location for that Tags section then see:

   If the Tags Module is not appearing on Posts then go to screen options on the top right hand corner of the page and include the Posts and Page modules.
