Tarski Comment Box Location

1. For several weeks now, my comment box has been moved way down to the bottom of the page, below the sidebar items. It's difficult to find if you don't know to look for it. When I first noticed the problem, I actually thought I had somehow been locked out of my own comments, until I just happened to scroll all the way down. Then I figured maybe it was a Firefox or Mac issue. Apparently not; I heard from a friend today who visited my blog and just assumed comments had been disabled. This is frustrating, as I suspect he's not the only one. I don't get a huge number of commenters, but their feedback is important to me, so I am a little concerned.

I understand at least one other blogger has mentioned this issue as well. I really like this theme otherwise; is there any chance it will be fixed, or should I just try another theme?

Thanks for your time,
Julie

The blog I need help with is juliecork.wordpress.com.

2. Temporarily remove your categories widget from your sidebar and check. You have some really long category names, and I'm wondering if that might be part of the issue.

3. Thanks for the suggestion.

It helps a little, inasmuch as the viewer doesn't have to scroll down as far, but the essential issue remains - the comment box is at the bottom of the page, below the lowest item on the sidebar. On any other blog I've seen, the body of the comment box would be within the main column, either above or below the most recent comment. Here it seems to be spanning the entire width of the blog - both the sidebar and main columns - which is why it shows up below the sidebar items. In other words, it's being displayed as a widget (whether on the side or across the footer) as opposed to a blog item.

4. I just checked on my test blog and it does the same thing so it isn't something specifically with your blog, it is an issue with the new comment form and Tarski. Three changes to the CSS takes care of it.

Contact staff directly so that they can get this fixed. On the contact page, search for anything at all and then scroll down to the bottom and click the "no" button and the contact form will appear.
