Technorati - claim token not found

    According to http://en.support.wordpress.com/technorati/, it's recommended to sign up to Technorati. I followed the instructions and followed several different variations, but no matter what I did, Technorati did not find the claim token in my blog post.

    It says to e-mail Word Press if you have trouble, but that option is no longer available.

    I see others have had a lot of trouble with Technorati, so perhaps this is a waste of time. Any advice....?

    The blog I need help with is livinglanguages.wordpress.com.

    This isn't unusual. Technorati has been broken severely for well over a year. I've quit worrying about them entirely.

    I love Technorati since they put three of my blogs in the top 100 for Celebrity, but the very fact they put raincoaster.com there means they are broken. I really wouldn't worry about them. You can see all the incoming links etc anyway just by doing a blogsearch for your blog without being logged in.

    I never did a follow-up, but since it's been a month, I tried the claim procedure again, and it worked. Good luck!
