Teen Blogs

  1. Hey, we are new here and hoping to find some fellow teen bloggers. Any one out there?

  2. The Tags search page is in the Reader area of the Dashboard is at this link. http://wordpress.com/tags/

The WordPress.com search engine indexes post, pages, and comments content (body text). Unless entered as text in those contents, blog name, post titles, and post/comment author names are not indexed. http://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpresscom-search/

For Topics (Tags page) searches see http://en.support.wordpress.com/topics/ This is the syntax http://en/wordpress.com/tags/canada
    See here http://wordpress.com/#!/read/topics/

For Google searches use this format and replace "keyword" with whatever word or keyword phrase you wish:
    keyword site:wordpress.com/

    Example search string
    Queen Victoria site:wordpress.com
    results > http://tinyurl.com/csaobsx

  3. Every Sunday you can post into the Community Pool threads

The Community Pool is for those of you looking for input, whether on post ideas, writing, blog design and layout, or anything else. If you have a post, page, or idea you want to bounce off someone, leave a comment. Your fellow bloggers can then click through and offer input either on your site, or in the comments here (feel free to indicate which you’d prefer). ... http://dailypost.wordpress.com/?s=community+pool

Words for the wise. I assume you are not either dull of wit or naive so you will be aware that legions of middle-aged and elderly perverted creepers use the teen tag to suck in teens into online relationships with them. I suggest you avoid using that category and tag all together. You have many diverse interests so blog on them and accurately categorize and tag you subject matter to avoid attracting low life.

  4. I'm 15 and iv only joined , I like to blog about ten naggers opinions on events that happen and really need some teen blogs to follow ☺️

Please don't promote your blog here, or it will be treated as spam.

Hello there I am a teen blogger :) just started out though but I think my blog is worth a try!

  9. Hey there, I'm relatively new to blogging, but I recently came up with an idea to do 100HappyBlogs, which is kind of similar to the #100happydays Instagram challenge.

You can read up on it at my blog here: [redacted]

I'd love feedback, and hopefully it sparks some inspiration for you all, and maybe you'd join too!

    Warm wishes, Miranda

  10. Miranda: don't promote your blog here, please. Don't spam the forum.

  11. Yep! I just started though ... [redacted] :)

Believe it or not but Staff have changed this forum to allow bloggers to link drop and promote their posts in it. I protested that decision to no avail.

  15. In that case check out my blog :p [redacted]

  16. @tt
When did that happen? I'm still catching up…

    :'( or :D

  18. Hi Tess,
It happened quite some time ago now and my dialog was with rootjosh but I did not bookmark the thread. When I have time I'll locate the thread and send you a copy of the email exchange if I still have it, and I probably don't. I think the easy way to get an up to date Staff response is to tag this thread for one so that is what I'll do. Given the situation with the astrological spammer I will not be surprised if they withdraw the decision so we don't have every one of the millions of us promoting our blogs here in the Ideas Forum.

  19. @tt
Thanks. I deleted over 100 spam posts this morning alone. Yikes! This is (((not))) a good idea…

  20. @Staff
Please clarify the policy re: allowing bloggers to promote their blogs by link dropping into threads here in this Ideas Forum.

  21. Ok.
Then, check out Trasnochada, a personal blog about music, art, photography, politics & free speech and more!

  22. TT & Tess: maybe black magic, voodoo power and astrology end up with us all.

  23. Users should not post threads for which the sole purpose is to drive traffic to their sites. Instead, we'd encourage users to get involved with The Daily Post, Blogging U, and other community activities we're working on. Our goals with these programs is for bloggers to not only improve their blogging practices but to meet other users and build community, and along the way that will help more people find their sites in a more organic way.

However, here in the Ideas forum, it's okay for users to post threads asking for assistance/feedback on their blog's appearance or content, such as choosing an appropriate theme or widget for their needs.

Thanks for the clarification. I haven't changed position on this a single iota. As you have clarified that promotional link drops are not allowed and as I love getting feedback on my blog then here we go again.

One Cool Site is where you will find WordPress.com blogging tips, tools, tutorials for better blogging and building a better blog. Please be sure to visit and don't hesitate to submit a comment with your feedback on the content and tips on how to improve it.

  25. Haha, well played @timethief. :)

  26. @jackiedana
I just couldn't resist. And, just you wait until I start my seniors threads ... lol :D

I have big plans. Aye, for sure, I'm gonna rock this world as senior surfer. I can't wait to qualify for the label and the pension, so I can spend all day long inviting feedback on my future rocking seniors blog here. Moreover, as we Volunteers are all seniors or soon to become seniors, I may spark a revolution. ;)

  27. But...do you know any teen blogs? Signed, totally not a middle-aged pervert posing as a teen to catfish children.

  28. @raincoaster
    SNORT!

  29. @raincoaster [redacted] u've only started though so there arnt many posts!
