   I have the cformsII plugin and have put a form on a page but how do I test this on local host?

   When I click submit I get "Error occurred while sending the message:"

   I got the message about the ROOT directory for WordPress so I altered sajax_uri to read http://localhost/wordpress etc and emptied the cache but no difference, I still get the message.
