Test mode for Templates?

    Hi all, wondering if there is a way to customize a template in a test mode before you activate it, so that there is no site down time for blog readers.

    The blog I need help with is iscbookreviews.wordpress.com.

    Yes, the CSS editor has a free preview. It's not tremendously interactive, but it does work.
