   Hi,

   I would like to amend the text in my blog but unsure how to d o it...

   1) Heading, when I hover, it is still orange, I would like it green #669966
   2) I have worked out how to make the links green when I hover over them but I don't want them orange, I would like them green all the time...
   3) Can I remove 'Just another wordpress site'?

   1. Site title

   }

   2. General links (not on hover)

   a:link, a:visited {
   color: #669966;
   }`

   Post titles

   h1 a:hover {
   color: #669966;
   }

   3. If you want to change it, go to settings > general and it is the "tagline." If you want to remove it completely,

   .description {
   display: none;
   }

   Hello, Tagline helped me. I find the wordpress instructions and helps, dare I say it, more than useless. 14 actual hours working on this blog and getting nowhere really. I keep seeing reference to an administration screen but cannot find it.

   All I want is to edit the menu, change the "home'' word and just have a few pages. See what I have achieved so far on my site. Its pathetic. 5 minutes?????!!!!!!! I cannot even get into the home page. Can someone help? Because wordpress instructions cannot be followed. It seems they have updated their software and no-one has changed the paths in the instructions.

   This isn't really a CSS question. To keep from confusing this thread, please start a new one in the support forum and when you post there, include a link to the site you are talking about as we will have to take a look at things, but we can get you going.
