The "Leave a Reply/Post my Comment" field doesn't show up
in certain versions of IE. Also, it works fine in Firefox but not on Mac Safari.
In certain versions of IE, I also get a 'page not found' error.
To replicate the problem, please view a post and look a the bottom of the screen in various versions of IE or Safari.
Help, my boss wants this corrects ASAP.

Is this the blog you are talking about: http://gopolynesia.wordpress.com/ ? You're username is linked to a different blog that apparently is no longer in use.
I'm using Safari and on the front page at the bottom of the BYUH Students... post is a link named "Comments". When I click on that it takes me to the main single-post page and at the bottom of the article is the place to leave comments. The comment entry box will not show on the main post page, that is the way the theme is designed, and the way almost all blogging software is designed.
IE 5 and 5.5 have known problems and to a lesser degree so does IE 6, but typically with IE 6 it is in the admin sections, not on viewing the blog.
Also note that this blog, http://gopolynesia.wordpress.com/ , is set up right now so that the only people who can comment on it have to have an account at wordpress.com, and have to be logged in. If you want the blog open for the general public public to comment on, then in the admin area (dashboard) go to options > general and deselect the checkbox adjacent to "Users must be registered and logged in to comment" and then click "update options." Now the general public will be allowed to comment. It is also a good idea to review the settings under options > discussion to make sure they are set the way you want them.

The blogger may be asking about http://gopolynesia.wordpress.com/ however, I note that this blogger has posted this previously but seemed to be pointing to a different blog http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic.php?id=19092
In fact at that time the blogger pointed to http://kaleo.info/
IMHO we need this blogger to clearly state the url for the blog that he needs help with before we put any more effort into this..

That is, I believe, not a WordPress.com blog; instead, it's a WordPress.org blog. It's a common mistake. We here at WP.com work on different software and won't be able to help you. You'll need to deal with the forum at WordPress.org.
