"The owner of that API Key is not on the access list for this blog."

    as contacting support is "temporarly not possible" here my question:

    I once added a wp-stats to one ov my WP-blogs, forget the old API and now want to add stats to this same blog with a different API.

    Error from last API Key attempt:

    The owner of that API Key (markusdan) is not on the access list for this blog (14685104). Stats was installed using a different API key. The owner of the original key can add users to the access list, or you can contact WordPress.com support.

    What can/should I do?

    Please try using Jetpack instead: http://jetpack.me/

    The Stats module is basically an update to the stand-along WordPress.com Stats plugin and should fix your problem.
