The Plugins sub panel is not there

In my WordPress Admin panel, I do not see the "plugins" sub panel. So after the "Appearance" sub panel, I see the "users" sub panel. I did not know there was a "plugins" sub panel until i decided to install the "wordbook" plugin today and found there was no "plugins" sub panel. :)

So, am i using a version of wordpress which does not have the "plugins" sub panel? Could anyone please suggest how to install a plugin without the sub panel?

    Thanks, of course.

The blog I need help with is namastesouthafricablog.wordpress.com.

  2. You're hosting your blog here at WordPress.com, and plugins are only for self-hosted WordPress.org powered blogs I'm afraid.
