Is the word SPAM the same in plural...eg. Akismet saved me from 24 SPAM ... OR Akismet saved me from 24 SPAM emails OR Akismet saved me from 24 SPAMS ?

I think it's Option #2 here: spams or spam emails.

I think it's one of those words like 'fish' or 'moose': Their plural is the same word as their singular. I'll ask my English teacher.

Wiktionary [http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/spam] says SPAMS, option 3 though I am not sure if this is American or British English specific and sounds a little odd to say. -
On the system admin mail lists I sort of have time to read, I see it both ways.
