For some reason .org was added to the end of the domain that should have been mapped. We have no apparent way to change this.
We've been trying to resolve this for two months now and when our support requests aren't being auto-closed, they're being promptly ignored. We require support for the product we purchased. The community can't fix this, we need a representative of wordpress.
The blog I need help with is bloggingdotcnmdotedudotorg1.wordpress.com.
Maybe I should mention this was part of a premium upgrade?
