Good Day, I came upon a free WP theme that a really like and would like to request it's addition to the theme gallery. The name of the theme is "coffee desk". I found it here: http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/coffee-desk

The blog I need help with is gerancherc.wordpress.com.
That theme is only listed as being compatible with up to wordpress 2.6.1, and was last updated on 2008-08-28 . Most likely it would require a ton of modification and hacking. It doesn't even support gravatars, and from reading through the comments and questions, it has a lot of bugs. I don't know that wordpress would be interested in what might be a very large project to actually make this theme stable and compatible with wordpress 3 +.
Not saying the won't, just saying that with all the apparent work required this one might not make it. I'm sure the theme team will take a look at it though.
