I just changed my theme and then got this message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_theme() in /home/content/81/8870281/html/wp-content/themes/sundance/functions.php on line 113
Now I can't even get to my dashboard to change the theme and I get the same message when I view my blog online.
What do I do???

I'm sorry but that's not a site being hosted by WordPress.com that you are referring to. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.com blogs here. Support for your website is provided on the WordPress.ORG support forums and they are here http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don't have a username account at WordPress.org, click that link and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the correct support forums for your software.
