I used the "Theme Options" and set it to "Full Content" for "Home Featured Posts" and "Home Normal Posts - Content"
1. I still shows the "continue" link not the full post.
2. No still photos of may videos are shown on the the home page...

The blog I need help with is customerservice20.net.
Volunteers here in the forums have no access to, nor do we know anything about, the features of the premium themes. We would have to pay for them out of our pocket to be able to figure out how they work.
In your dashboard, go to appearance > themes and up toward the top where it shows the theme you are currently using is a link to the special premium support forum where you have access to the theme team and the actual theme designer. That access is part of what you are paying for with the purchase of a premium theme.
