I am trying to use a theme I found on a website, but I dont know how to use it on here, I dont have an actual url or anything right now so I am just using the actual wordpress url, and i cant seem to find anyway to upload the theme!
can someone please help me?
You can't.
You are limited to the themes we have in our dashboard and the tweaks you can make with CSS (if you know it and have the upgrade).
Thats ridiculous!
now i know why i was using blogger before, and i guess ill be switching back to it!
WordPress.com has to modify all themes used here on this platform to make sure it will work properly and to make certain it does not introduce any security issues.

The answers remain the same. You cannot apply external themes to a blog at WP.com.
